Return Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be clean, neat, and in its original form, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice, is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or adjusted against your next order. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items within 24 hours. We will promptly evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return first and then place a new order for the replacement product.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to customer misuse, missing original packaging, or sale items are not eligible for return.
